Caydin knows that his grandpa lives in Virginia. When we ask him if he wants to go on an airplane, he responds - "YES!" and when we ask him where we should go, he says - "We go to Virginia!"
(These pictures are from almost 3 weeks ago - I finally stole them from my mom's phone!)
The last few times that Grandpa came to town, they went on trips to the dump (YES, THE DUMP!) and the fire station.
I think Caydin can sit in the car for hours and watch the garbage trucks dump their trash and the dump trucks drive up the dirt/trash hills.
Usually, we drive by a firestation as a reward for being a good listener at gymnastics. He asks EVERY WEEK if we can go. We can just pass a firestation while driving on the highway or down the road and he knows exactly where they are. When Grandpa came to visit last time, they actually got out of the car and got to look at the firetruck and ambulance. A nice firefighter came out and talked to them and gave Caydin a fire hat.
