On New Years Eve, Rob and I took Caydin to the zoo for our last trip of 2010! When we arrived, Rob and Caydin hopped on the train while I got our tickets. Then we headed over to see Mod the elephant eat her lunch. 
The cheetah's were up and walking around so Caydin really enjoyed watching them. He called them "meow meow" of course then switched to "see'ta" after we told him the right word 20 times! ;)
Central Florida is great for always having animals around to pet and see up close. On this trip, Caydin got to pet a snake.
Caydin has no fear when it comes to feeding the animals. We had a great time in this area. I'm not a huge fan of feeding them but I did once or two. I stuck with the sheep though.. The zebu's tongue was craaaaaaazy! I think Rob and Caydin liked the goats the best.
Caydin was funny this trip. We didn't bring the stroller so Caydin got to walk the whole time, which he prefers anyways. He is very good about staying with us but can get bossy and will request us to "follow me" or "come this way". He gets scared when we don't follow him and will usually turn around and chase after us! :) He wanted to sit a lot and watch the animals. Whenever he would see a bench, he'd say "sit right here daddy, sit right here mommy."
The zoo made for one happy (and then tired) kid!!!!
