Family Christmas!

We waited until Saturday when everyone could come to Orlando to celebrate Christmas with the family! We were able to celebrate with Uncle Jay, Auntie Jen, little Jay, and Jen's parents Jane and Ray.  Aunt Tee-tee and her unborn baby came!  Elyse came also! Uncle Josh was there too!  Oh, and we can't forgot Grandma and Grandpa! We had a full house!  Christmas has definitely gotten more and more interesting over the years!  Before the kids were born, we really didn't do too much on Christmas day.  I remember wearing my new sleep pants to a movie theater one Christmas night! :)
Now the kids run the show!

This year, we did things alittle differently and I think it worked out great!  We did a Secret Santa gift where we picked names out of a bowl and had to buy a gift for that person.  We also did a White Elephant gift for the adults.  My first gift was a digital photo frame but that was stolen by Katie.  HA! Then I picked the cotton candy machine but that was stolen too! I ended up stealing a cake pop machine! HA!

After a great dinner, the little boys headed to the bathtub! We forgot to take pictures before the bath but oh well! So we got family pictures done with the little guys in jammies! That's life I suppose!

Celebrating Uncle Josh and Uncle Jay!

Uncle Josh and Uncle Jay both have Decemeber birthdays!  We were excited to have them both here to celebrate their birthday's when we celebrated our family Christmas this year!  Uncle Jay got a carrot cake and Uncle Josh got a cake with LOTS of frosting... (even though he requested a cake with not a lot of frosting!)  I love the picture of them blowing out the candles.  Caydin did a great job of helping!

After cake time, it was time for the babies to do some cleaning!
Our floor has never looked so clean! HA!

Insta-update!

Love spending time with this guy :)

Slam dunk.... Caydin style!!

My winter vacation from work started with lots of matching jammies.  Caydin loves "matching" Wyatt and asks to match him most days!

My new favorite Insta picture!!!

On Christmas Day, Wyatt woke up from his afternoon nap with a bad case of the stomach flu.  He was NOT himself and stayed very still while sitting with us.  Grandpa did most of the sitting with Wyatt.  Thankfully it only lasted a couple hours.  He slept great that night and woke up feeling better on the 26th.

Caydin stayed with Grandma and Grandpa on Christmas night since Wyatt wasn't feeling well.  The next morning, he stayed and played with them so I had lots of one-on-one time with Wy.  We took lots of walks in his new car.

We went out to lunch.  Caydin was entertained by an app that has a monkey face who repeats everything you say.

We had friends over on New Years Eve.  Katie and Elyse helped make cake pops.  They were sooooo yummy!

Love these boys - proof that they don't always match! :)

Wyatt looooooves playing in this tent.  Caydin didn't really care for it when he was small.  I also love that Wyatt is wearing a short-sleeve shirt and shorts on January 1st!
Watch out - determined shopper heading your way!

Playtime with Jay!

Yay! We were excited to share our new outside toys with cousin Jay!
I'm pretty sure he liked them too! I love their matching jammies, courtesy of Grandma!
So thankful for beautiful weather and being able to play outside all year long!

Christmas Morning!

The boys had a GREAT Christmas morning! We has 2 Christmas events this year - Christmas morning was small with just our little family, Grandma and Grandpa, and Uncle Josh.  Most of the gifts that the boys got came from Santa.  Caydin understood that Santa brought the gifts and was sooooo excited! Santa quickly moved to the top of his "favorite person" list.  Usually Grandpa holds the top spot but this month, it was definitely Santa!

A few days later, we celebrated Christmas with our whole family.  The gifts that he got that day were from Santa.  He was so very excited again! He especially loved a remote control car that he got from Jane and Ray (Jen's mom and dad!)

Here are a few pictures from our Christmas morning! Wyatt was fun this year - as he was only a month old on his first Christmas - he got so excited about a few of his gifts... his stuffed animals and a book that Oma gave him!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was pretty low key! The boys played and played at home.  Daddy had to work in the morning.  Grandma and Grandpa came over after Daddy got home.  We ate a big meal then Grandma, Mommy, Caydin, and Wyatt headed over to Grandma's house for movie time and to write a letter to Santa.  Grandpa, Daddy, and Uncle Josh were busy making some of the outdoor toys that the boys would get on Christmas morning.  After awhile, they finally finished and we headed home.  We had the blinds on the sliding glass door shut so neither boy noticed the new stuff on the porch! Caydin did some sprinkling of oatmeal for the reindeer in the front yard and put Santa's cookies under the tree.  Finally it was bedtime! Both boys went right to sleep!  We got to work moving the presents and made sure everything was ready for the morning!  We were all so excited for Caydin to wake up in the morning.  He really gets it this year so we knew it was going to be a fun year to celebrate!
